The format consists of pre-scheduled 10-minute meetings: startups request the meetings, and investors have to confirm their interest. Workshop designed to inspire, connect, and transform. Our room will host a dynamic and interactive format combining keynotes, panels, fireside chats, and a highly practical workshop with a clear focus: connecting the worlds of insurance, healthcare, and leadership in an increasingly hybrid era. Under the title "The Power of Hybrid in the Digital Age," we will discuss leadership in digital health, alliances between insurers and startups, life-saving technology, mental health in innovative environments, and the role of new leaders between the scalpel and the algorithm. The session will feature executives from hospitals, pharma companies, insurers, HealthTech and InsurTech entrepreneurs, as well as the CEOs of groWZ and insurNOW!. There will also be an experiential workshop led by the groWZ consulting team on MindTech: mental health and self-care. The day will conclude with a closing session to share collective insights gathered throughout the event through participatory dynamics with the audience—an invitation to think out loud, interact, and co-create the future of more human and connected healthcare.

Structured into two key pillars, the first part of the session will focus on behavioural prevention, tackling topics such as physical activity, nutrition, tobacco, alcohol, emotional wellbeing and drug use. The second pillar will dive into medical pathway prevention, including strategies for raising awareness, improving screenings, ensuring follow-up care, and vaccine coverage. This show will be moderated by Adam Martín, renowned radio show presenter, director of “Sans i estalvis” program and 2024 Ondas Award-winning journalist for “Gent normal”.
