Raúl G. Saraiva is CSO & Venture Partner at 3xP Global, where he focuses on investments in health and life sciences. He previously worked at Apple Tree Partners and Portugal Ventures, building experience across therapeutics and broader healthtech. He holds a PhD in Immunology from Johns Hopkins University (2018). Over the course of his career, he has led or managed more than 15 transactions in the sector, including CellmAbs and Aethon Therapeutics.

Elena Canetti is a co-founding partner of Inveniam, a Barcelona based strategic and financial advisory firm. She is an international expert in technology transfer, with extensive experience designing and managing licensing processes and commercializing technologies globally across high-tech, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. Previously, she held senior roles at a world renowned Israeli institution, where she led the commercialization of promising technologies to international corporations and leading venture capital firms. Elena advises regional governments and academic institutions on patent commercialization and internationalization. At Inveniam, she leads strategic consulting, industrial partnerships, and supports academic spin-offs, funding strategies, and innovation development initiatives.

Oscar is a DeepTech investor and Founder of 2B Labs, focused on turning DeepTech, tech-based startups into structured, investable opportunities for international VCs.
He operates at the intersection of science, capital, and execution—designing venture builder-backed investment programs with aligned incentives, strong governance, and guaranteed capital deployment.
Previously, he was Managing Director at The Collider, a tech transfer program, bridging research and venture creation.
With 25+ years in banking, fintech, and investment, he specializes in de-risking early-stage DeepTech and scaling breakthrough technologies into companies with real market traction and financial returns.
