Could you provide an example of one of your successful collaborations in digital health? And what do you think that the key to success was?
We have created the first health insurance ecosystem focused on patient well-being. Thanks to the collaboration with community eHealth service providers like Senniors, and the experience of DKV, we have created a health ecosystem with very advanced technology. It allows patients to have their own personal doctor, schedule appointments with specialists, and have their medical history centralized, and all of this with specific services customized by communities. With our solution the client has the ability to take care of their health in a personalized and preventive way.
The key to the success of this collaboration has been the alignment of objectives between the different companies, improving patient care and making medical care more accessible.
Lot’s of new developments are happening every day. How do you see the future of digital health?
Society is every day more digital, and each generation has technology more integrated into their habits. A digital approach can give both proximity and human touch, but also prevention. Maybe the most innovative part is precisely the latest. Thanks to the new advanced technology this is every day more possible.
