Maxime Boniface earned a Master's degree in Plant-Based Nutrition from Crudo Estudio, Buenos Aires (2012 - 2015) and currently spearheads the Väcka project alongside Ana Luz Sanz, overseeing various teams within the company. Maxime specifically leads the Research & Development and production departments, boasting over 8 years of expertise in crafting plant-based cheese analogues. With 15 years of leadership experience under his belt, Maxime is the driving force behind strategy formulation, task delegation, and results tracking at Väcka. Additionally, he is the author of a book called "Vegan Cheeses" (Ed. Oberon, 2019).

Jordi Mill

Dr. Jordi Mill holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from UPF (2017), a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering and Tissue Engineering from UB (2018), and a Doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from UPF (2022). Between 2029 and 2022, he also served as an associate professor for the Biomedical Engineering degree at UPF. Since his doctoral thesis, he has been fully involved in the development project of a surgical planning platform and visualization of different configurations of the left atrial appendage area of the heart.
