Holds twelve years of consulting experience at Bain & Company with broad international exposure, and massive experience with Private Equity – Commercial Due Diligence – Retail & Consumer products, gave me an extensive business background. Being really passionate about Mathematics and Life Science, and with deep knowledge of genetics and GWAS, I decided to found ADNTRO with the vision of enabling everyone to learn about their unique genetic code and inspire new ideas and scientific approaches.


Elisabet is an expert in innovation management with more than 15 years of professional experience in patents, licenses, entrepreneurship and corporate strategic development. PhD in biotechnology and degree in biochemistry, Master in Management Development, Coaching and Emotional Intelligence, Master in Management of Biotechnology Companies.
Was Co-founder of Onalabs Inno-Hub, start-up devoted to the development of medical and sports devices for non-invasive, remote, smart and real-time monitoring of physiological parameters. Co-founder of Cliclab Transformative Agent, an agency specialized in the binomial attitude and innovation for social transformation.




Gabriel Cerra is one of those tirelessly curious people. Self-taught in coding, his entrepreneurial adventure began ten years ago with a startup focused on new forms of digital learning, as CTO. After this company, and some time as a freelancer. He co-founded IO, with the intention of helping people with immersive technology. Something that is happening with our medical devices.


Andreu Casadellà is founder and director of Improfit since 2021. In 2008 he created Movilogistica SA de CV in Mexico, and was its CEO until January 2011, where he remained as a shareholder. This was sold to TomTom Telematics (TomTom group), and in January 2015 he rejoined as General Manager Mexico of TomTom Telematics until 2018.
Andreu is an active Business Angel in 40 technological startups in Spain, Mexico and the United States like Cornershop, Wallapop, Glovo, GoTrendier, Hubuc or ElmaCare. Additionally, he created the investment vehicle oceanflow.vc

Daniele Lezzi is an established researcher in the Workflows and Distributed Computing group of the Computer Sciences department of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center. He received the B.Sc. degree in computer engineering in 2002 and the Ph.D. in Information Technology Engineering in 2007 from the University of Salento, Italy.
His research interest covers High Performance, Distributed, Grid and Cloud Computing, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.


Davide Cirillo is the head of the Machine Learning for Biomedical Research Unit at the Life Sciences Department of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center. He received the MSc degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from University of Roma La Sapienza, Italy, and the PhD degree in Biomedicine from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Center for Genomic Regulation of Barcelona, Spain. He is a member of the ELIXIR Machine Learning Focus Group, the BSC Bioinfo4Women initiative, and the no-profit Women’s Brain Project. He is co-editor of the book “Sex and Gender Bias in Technology and Artificial Intelligence: Biomedicine and Healthcare Applications’ ‘ (Academic Press, 2022).


Enara Herran is part of the Asociación Freno al Ictus since 2016. She formed and supported by those affected, family members, healthcare professionals and sympathizers, began its work with the aim of reducing the impact of stroke in Spain and promoting outreach activities to raise awareness of the disease, its extent and its consequences.
Through actions, projects, campaigns and activities, the Association has worked, firstly, to raise awareness of the disease among the public and to disseminate how to detect, act and prevent a stroke; and secondly, in the active promotion of health, as well as helping to improve the quality of life of those affected by acquired brain injury and their families.


Emily is leading new business development for Western Europe. Focuses on mother child care and women’s health. She worked with insurance companies for the last 6 years to develop solutions for preventative healthcare. At Philips improves health outcomes for individuals to lower the cost of care and provide the best preventative care through our products, solutions and services.


Raymon is part of Philips since 2011. He assists insurers to improve maternal and infant health while reducing the cost of care. He is focused on introducing solutions that provide a comprehensive pregnancy journey that helps women have healthy pregnancy and postpartum outcomes.


Gemma Malla was a former strategic consultant at Deloitte Digital where she advised companies from different sectors such as Banking, Fast Consumer Goods, Retail and above all, Pharma companies in their digital strategy and its implementation.
In 2020, he joined Angelini Pharma (an international company focused on Brain Health) to lead the company’s digital transformation in Spain and Portugal as Iberia Digital Head. Strategic thinker and energetic storyteller, with academic background at ESADE and the City University of Hong Kong. She is always pursuing how Digital can help us innovate and take people’s health one step further.


Albert is a former physicist, with a multidisciplinary background and extensive experience in Innovation Management across different sectors: Sports, Life Science or Media / Entertainment. He has been leading Barça Innovation Hub for 6 years and has a deep knowledge on both performance and business areas of sports. He holds a Masters in Science and Technology Studies for University of Salamanca and an MA Media Management at Parsons The New School (New York).
Barça Innovation Hub is a key strategic project that aims to leverage FC Barcelona’s know-how to rethink the future of the sports industry. It includes start-ups incubation, Scientific Research and Tech Innovations, Talent development with education programs and Sports Tomorrow Congress.


Dr. Nick is a physician leader and business strategist who draws on his clinical experience, technological prowess, and relationship management capabilities to craft and implement transformative, patient-centered strategies aimed at improving operational performance and efficiency.


Guillem is primarily responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments, with a major focus in the firm’s health-tech portfolio. He is also leading Asabys’ deal structuring, transactions and negotiations. He currently serves on the board of directors of Amelia Virtual Care and Cara Care, and is an observer on the boards of Koa Health and Sidekick Health.
Prior to joining Asabys, Guillem was the Portfolio Manager of the Life Sciences portfolio at Caixa Capital Risc for four years. Before that, he served at EY within the Transaction Advisory Services primarily focusing on PE and VC transactions.

Allegra Mulas is Venture Portfolio Manager at InvestHealth, EIT Health, managing the start-up deal flow to source those able to benefit from the InvestHealth Access to Finance programmes. Throughout her career, Allegra has built a strong understanding of the needs of start-ups and is passionate about creating an ecosystem that empowers innovation to access the market.
Allegra has a background in Psychology with Neuroscience, and a Master’s in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics, where her thesis focused on the role of biases in Venture Capital investment decision making processes.


Ricky Rubio is a professional basketball player. Playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers in my 12th year in the NBA which is my 4th team in the league. (Minnesota Timberwolves, Utah Jazz and Phoenix Suns) I played in Spain, ACB with two teams: Joventut Badalona and F.C.Barcelona.
I created my foundation “The Ricky Rubio Foundation” in 2018 in honor of my mom. She passed away from lung cancer in 2016. My foundation fights against cancer and helps underprivileged and disabled youth.


Josep Heredia is passionate about his career and his work. After completing his studies in Business Administration and Management at IQS Business School, he had the opportunity to participate in an exchange programme at Loyola Chicago University, broadening his horizons and improving his knowledge in his field.

Clàudia Gustems is graduated in translation and advertising. She now leads the sales and partnerships department at Nixi for Children.


Tomàs Lóbez is a social entrepreneur and designer. He has a background in design (EINA – UAB) and has been a speaker and lecturer at educational institutions such as ESADE, UIC and EINA. In 2019 he founded Nixi for Children, the impact company of which he is CEO. The company has been recognised with different awards from institutions, including the award for the best technological initiative in health from DKV Impacta and the award for Catalan Startup of the Year 2021 granted by ACCIÓ.


Iván Martinez is a successful mechanical engineer and business executive with more than 20 years of experience leading operations in various industries. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Tecnun and later obtained a degree from Glasgow University.
In 2016 founded Robopedics, where I currently serve as CEO and Founder. The company focuses on developing cutting-edge technology solutions for the healthcare industry. I am also a member of the Board for CSCMP Spain (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals) and an advisory board member for Operations and Data Science at EAE Business School.
